Maple Overseas Inc. was established in 2014 as a single North American source for made-to-print metal and polymer parts: investment and sand casting, forging, precision machining, stamping, fittings and fasteners, supplied through a global network and tested at TUV and ISO Nord approved labs. That is a serious offer. The sales materials did not carry it. Collateral had accumulated from different sources with no shared visual language, and the website's hosting and DNS setup had never been reviewed by anyone accountable for it.
The brief was to make the materials match the work: one identity across print and digital that could hold a materials list of eighteen alloys and polymers, a five-step process and eleven sectors without turning into a spreadsheet, and a web presence that could be trusted from the DNS record down.
Brand and print
- Bi-fold brochure: outer spread with the offer, the Maple advantage and lab credentials; inner spread with capabilities, materials, quality testing, sectors and the five-step process
- One-page letter-format brochure, four pages, for email and print
- Custom eight-icon set in the brand yellow: three advantage icons (low-risk, cost-effective, sustainable) and five machining icons (CNC turning, multi-axis VMC, HMC, CNC milling, plating and surface)
- Business card, front and back, with QR code to the site
- Letterhead with the identity band, contact footer and a second-page variant
Website and deployment
- Website deployed on Netlify with a clean, repeatable deployment pattern

Maple Overseas now has a single system for how it presents itself. The brochure, the one-pager, the cards, the letterhead and the website share one logo lockup, one yellow, one icon set and one structure, so the eighteen materials, the five steps and the eleven sectors read as a capability rather than a list. Sales conversations start from materials that look like the shop floor they represent.
On the technical side, the owner knows exactly where the site lives, who controls the domain, what the security scanners flag and why. That knowledge is written down, which is the part most agencies skip.
