Logo refinement for a GTA commercial realtor.

The refined Home4Me mark: a gold key with a skyline of homes, a tower and a crane along the blade, the SP monogram in the head, and the name Saurabh Patel, your personal realtor, beneath.
The refined mark on its dark field.
Problem

Home4Me already had a logo, a gold key whose head carries the SP monogram and whose blade carries a skyline of homes, a tower and a crane. The idea was right for a commercial realtor. The execution did not hold up: it lost detail when printed small, and it sat awkwardly against listing photography.

The brief was deliberately tight: keep the idea, fix what was holding it back, and do not invent work that was not needed.

Delivered

Identity

  • Logo refinement: cleaner geometry in the key and skyline, corrected spacing between the monogram, the name and the strapline, and a version that survives small print
  • Lockups for use over photography and on dark fields
  • Exports organised for print and web
Outcome

Home4Me has a mark it can use anywhere without apologising for it: on a listing photo, a sign, a card or a screen. The scope stayed where it started, which is the point. A refinement that respects a client's existing idea costs a fraction of a rebrand and keeps the recognition they have already earned.
